Here are a few before and after photos taken at two HTI sites in Najmah, Saudi Arabia. The project began in November 1999, and most of the the “after” photos were taken in February of 2000 — that’s right; just 3 months later! This system WORKS!

Here’s what we have now at the south end of Flagler Beach.

The seawall was constructed in 2006, and as can be seen, there is already considerable erosion and scouring at each end of the wall, and the steel members of the wall are rapidly deteriorating, leaving large shards of steel in the sand, just waiting for someone to be injured.
