Save Flagler's Beach

Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) is working hard to expose government waste and lack of oversight.

One of his reports focuses on the billions of dollars misappropriated to the Army Corps of Engineers for “beach renourishment” (dredging), and the powerful lobbyists who push to fund the projects, even though the lobbyists themselves admit that this method of dealing with beach erosion does not work — it must be repeated forever.
